What's Physical Therapy?

Physical Therapy is a health profession that uses a "hands on" approach to increase your ability to increase movement, improve not only strength, but flexibility, all while returning patients to normal activity and sports.

What do Physical Therapist Do?

Physical Therapists identify the underlying cause of the patient's disability or hardship through a series of specific tests. After the tests, they develop a plan of care that is carried out by a team of a Physical Therapist (P.T.) and Physical Therapist Assistants (P.T.A.)
